This is a Soccer Tournament Creator Template created using Microsoft Excel to help any soccer tournament organizer managing their tournament events. It fits perfectly to any soccer tournaments, for example outdoor soccer, futsal or even soccer tournament using Playstation or Xbox as its media.
This tool should simplify all your scheduling process, and with scoresheets inside this template, you can follow and track the tournament from the beginning until the end.
You can start arranging the tournament by defining the total participant teams (maximum 256 teams), total groups where all teams will be divided (maximum 16 groups) and total teams per group (maximum 16 teams per group). Then, select your group matches competition style (home/away or single match) and put your group match start dates.
With the help of smart fixture generator, after you finishing with team’s name, the schedule will be generated automatically in each group. You can print the schedule and distribute it to all participants. If you already have your own schedule, you can use the one without fixtures generator.
There are 5 options that you can select as your tournament knock out phases. When all group matches are finished, you can set as many as 32 teams that will qualify in the first round of knock out phase. And, you can set pairing matches in knock out rounds manually, either based on your preference.
This tool is not free. But, before you buy the full features one, you can download and evaluate the lite version of this tool. The lite version only can accommodate maximum 32 teams and 4 groups per tournament where each group is limited to have a maximum 8 teams. And all shown worksheets are password protected.
The Pro versions are protected without password. You can unlock all shown worksheets to personalize its layout. Remember to backup your file in case you break some formulas in while you’re working in unprotected worksheets.
Group Phase Features :

There are 5 First Round options in Knock Out phase can be selected. Those are round of 32, round of 16, Quarterfinals, Semifinals and Final.

There are 4 types of knock out matches can be selected from first round until final.
– Home/away matches until Final.

This software requires Microsoft Excel 2007/2010 running on Microsoft Windows environment. It might work on Mac environment but not tested yet. If you operated Mac computer, you should try the lite version to check its compatibility.
